I am moved to tears by what came through this morning. May it touch you as deeply. Keep swimming, friends.

“Truly, there is no end and there is no beginning. It is neither a trap nor a joke, it is perhaps a secret that can unleash the deepest levels of respect, sanctity, release, and safety. Will you try to let the idea into your heart?

Imagine it: that you exist forever.

Do you find resistance there? Is it fear that it will always remain dark or painful, that you will continue to feel and be what you have felt and been so far, in your consciousness?

There is another truth that may help: nothing lasts forever.

What a paradox!

We laugh heartily at this joke, though it also is not a trap.

Everything at the Source level lasts forever. You, as consciousness, which is practically the closest ‘substance’ to Source that you can touch, last forever. You will not experience it as such for perhaps a long, nearly eternal seeming ‘time’.

Nothing, in form and shape, in conception and evolution, in experience and sensation, lasts forever.

This Source manifestation changes constantly. Like watching light in water, the constant shifting may remind you that you are the light in the waters.

Your consciousness is the beam of light from Source and the waters below and above are the bubble through which the emanation of Source that is you bends and bows, twists and shimmers, in order to express itself fully and experience what it is to do so.

You have wriggled into this expression and form — and, one day, you will slough it off and leave it behind. You will continue on your path, just not in this form. Your Light Beam will move on to different waters in which to express, shimmer, play, and dance.

There will always be pain. There will always be joy. There will always be you. And none of these aspects of Source experience will last forever. They will come in and out of existence and experience, just as the light comes and goes from the surface and the depths of the water.

See how your respect for every moment increases when you truly know that this exact expression of light through the water will pass, never to return?

Feel how the sanctity of all expression and life, even that which you judge from a small-mind point of view, is sacred?

Be in release of all that is phenomenal in this world and watch the blessings rise within and around you, unable to do anything but constantly shift and change, always in service of the Light Beam that is you.

Know the safety of eternal existence, remembering that nothing in this world of dancing Light Beams and expression could ever stop the Cosmic Dance of Grace that is All Things.

Another way to say it is: ‘Be still and know that I AM.’

Listen deep to your response and follow it even further into the waters around you.
