The morning harvests have begun! The birds are getting most of the blueberries, but we don't mind sharing. The sprouts are the easiest crop, grown right on the windowsill, and the horseradish is the first harvest after a few years growing. The root will be made into horseradish sauce and the leaves will braise for a nice side dish. 🫐🥬🫚
