I keep forgetting I live in a world full of unthinking, conformists who hatefully oppress their neighbors with glee while pretending to be "good" people because they tweeted the right words, voted for a pedophile, and wear a mask even while driving.
Maybe I forget because I live pretty close to the moment as a soul who just so happens to possess a stunningly delightful body with which to roll around this wild dimension, viewing all the depths of depravity as well as the peaks of perfection, both of which manifest on the daily. Maybe I forget because I'm wildly happy and absorbed in my purpose...
Sometimes, that which has fallen has done so in order to point us toward the sun and allow us to walk up its decaying back in order to reach our destination. That's how I view these mindless tools. They know not what they do, but we'll use their seemingly utter failure to our advantage, in the end. That's all the universe could ever do with waste: find a purpose for it.
