I've been doing the Wahl's diet for overall health and especially since this whole women's reproductive health issue began in hopes of warding off the worst of the poison we find ourselves living in. Anyway, I didn't expect to have cleanse-like experiences on it, just to be healthier overall you know?

So, I yesterday cried and whined all day, screamed at my soul mate for nothing, sunk into a place of no self worth... I even told @chancegarton some bullshit and whined to him.

Today I coughed up large amounts of black lung tissue. I haven't smoked for years and years and years. When I used to smoke, I had little to no self worth, whined and cried a lot, and screamed at my significant other for very little to no reason.

Wow! I had forgotten what deep cleanses could bring up to heal, both emotionally and physically, and that the things that come up are always connected...

Super grateful today for access to high quality produce, bones for broth, and liver meats to pull off this healing ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
